Our Story

Why Aspire Harbor exists.

Jyoti spent years counselling students on career choices and watched the same problem play out again and again: the child had no words for what they wanted, the parents were making the decision by default, and by the time the family reached a counsellor the stream selection window had closed.

Aspire Harbor exists to change that, by helping students understand themselves first, then choose from a place of clarity. We combine scientifically validated psychometric assessments with personalized 1:1 counselling, school-facing programs, and end-to-end study abroad guidance. Everything one family might need, under one roof.

About the Founder

Jyoti Theva

Founder · Aspire Harbor & Jo Pathways

Jyoti Theva is the Founder of Aspire Harbor and Jo Pathways, with over 20 years of professional experience spanning the corporate and education sectors. An Engineering graduate, she is a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) with Edumilestones, a Certified Career Counsellor & International Study Advisor, and a Certified Cognitive Behaviour Life Coach.

Driven by a passion for helping individuals discover their strengths and purpose, Jyoti has guided hundreds of students and parents through career planning, stream selection, higher education pathways, and study abroad opportunities. Her counselling approach combines psychometric assessments, cognitive behavioural coaching, and personalized mentoring to help individuals make confident and informed life decisions.

She believes that true success begins with self-awareness, and her vision is to create a generation of confident, purpose-driven individuals equipped with the skills to thrive in academics, careers, and life.
