Compass Career Labs is a comprehensive, school-based career guidance initiative designed to help schools create a structured and sustainable career counselling ecosystem for students from Grades 6 to 12.

Developed in collaboration with Dr. Suja of Aurevia Gradus and Jyoti Theva of Aspire Harbor, the program combines globally recognized psychometric assessments, personalized career counselling, engaging career education modules, teacher capacity building, and school-wide analytics.

Through Aurevia Gradus, she works closely with schools, students and parents to build structured career guidance systems. Her expertise includes psychometric assessments, career counselling, school partnerships and teacher capacity building.

Jyoti Theva

Founder · Aspire Harbor | Jo Pathways

Career Counsellor, Student Development Facilitator and Education Consultant with over 20 years of experience across corporate and education sectors. Engineering graduate, Certified Career Counsellor & International Study Advisor, and Certified Cognitive Behaviour Life Coach. Passionate about helping young people develop self-awareness, confidence and future readiness.
